This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional looking to progress their career into a Field Care Supervisor role with a supportive and well-established care provider.
Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care, working closely with Care Assistants, clients, families and the wider management team to ensure care packages are delivered safely, consistently and in line with individual care plans.

The Role
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care within clients' own homes.
You will act as an important link between the management team, Care Assistants, clients and their families, providing supervision, guidance and support to care staff while helping to maintain excellent standards of care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising and supporting Care Assistants working within the community
Carrying out regular care visits and spot checks
Monitoring the quality and consistency of care being delivered
Providing coaching, guidance and constructive feedback to care staff
Supporting staff to deliver care in line with individual care plans
Conducting care reviews and contributing to care plan updates
Identifying and reporting changes in clients' needs or wellbeing
Supporting new employees through induction, training and shadowing
Ensuring care plans, risk assessments and other documentation are followed correctly
Supporting safe medication practices and reporting any concerns
Maintaining accurate records and documentation using relevant digital systems
Escalating safeguarding, quality or care concerns appropriately
Working closely with families, healthcare professionals and other external agencies
Promoting dignity, independence, choice and person-centred care
Supporting the management team with quality assurance and compliance
Ensuring care staff understand and maintain required standards and procedures
Contributing to a positive and supportive team culture
About You
Our client is looking for an experienced, organised and compassionate care professional who is confident supporting others and is passionate about delivering high-quality care.
Essential
Experience in domiciliary care or a similar care setting
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Excellent coaching and feedback skills
Confident using computers and digital systems
A professional, reliable and proactive approach
Ability to build positive relationships with clients, families and colleagues
Desirable
QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care
Previous experience supervising or mentoring staff
Knowledge of CIW regulations and Welsh legislation
Welsh speaking would be desirable
