4ocused care looking for an experienced and confident Medical Lead – Complex Care to take the lead on supporting young people with complex medical and additional needs.
This is a brilliant role for a Registered Nurse, Nursing Associate or experienced Healthcare professional who wants to step away from traditional ward/community work and take ownership of a service where you can genuinely make a difference.
You'll be responsible for clinical leadership, individual care plans, risk assessments, medication management, staff training and competency, working closely with families, therapists, medical professionals and the wider MDT.
You'll ideally have experience across areas such as:
* Epilepsy and emergency medication
* PEG/NG feeding
* Diabetes and insulin
* Dysphagia
* Anaphylaxis
* Complex SEND/PMLD
* Care planning and risk assessment
The role needs someone who is clinically confident, organised, approachable and happy to lead from the front. Someone who can build relationships with young people and families while also ensuring clinical standards remain high.
If you've worked within complex care, community nursing, SEND, paediatrics, learning disabilities or a similar environment, we'd love to hear from you.
