Concierge β Supported Accommodation
π Location: Cheshire East North
π· Salary: Β£16,086.20 per annum
β° Hours: 23 hours per week
π Working Pattern: Weekend working, 8amβ8pm
π DBS: Enhanced Adult DBS required
We are currently recruiting for a Concierge to work within supported accommodation services, providing an important out-of-hours presence to help ensure the safety and security of vulnerable tenants, residents and service users.
Key Duties:
* Act as the first point of contact for tenants and service users.
* Respond to and de-escalate difficult or challenging situations in a calm and person-centred manner.
* Identify and report safeguarding concerns and escalate to the appropriate agencies where required.
* Monitor CCTV and carry out regular building patrols.
* Report any health and safety concerns, repairs or issues with the property.
* Support compliance with licence agreements and behaviour management policies.
* Maintain accurate records, logbooks and handovers throughout each shift.
* Contact the on-call manager or emergency services when required.
* Carry out light cleaning duties where necessary.
About You
We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, reliable and confident working independently. You should have good communication skills and be able to deal with unexpected situations appropriately.
