Concierge β Supported Accommodation
π Location: Cheshire East North
π· Salary: Β£28,150.85 per annum
β° Hours: 40.25 hours per week
π Working Pattern: Nights 8pm to 8am, 4 on 4 off
We are currently recruiting for a Concierge to work within supported accommodation services, providing an important out-of-hours presence to help ensure the safety and security of vulnerable tenants, residents and service users.
The role will involve acting as the first point of contact overnight, responding to incidents, supporting service users and ensuring the accommodation remains safe and secure.
Key Responsibilities

Provide an overnight, on-site presence within supported accommodation.
*
Act as the first point of contact for tenants and service users out of hours.
*
Respond to and de-escalate difficult or challenging situations in a calm and person-centred manner.
*
Identify and report safeguarding concerns and escalate to the appropriate agencies where required.
*
Monitor CCTV and carry out regular building patrols.
*
Report any health and safety concerns, repairs or issues with the property.
About You
Experience working with vulnerable adults or within a support environment would be desirable, along with experience of lone working and dealing with difficult situations.
