A successful Warehouse Team Leader should have:
Previous experience in a similar role within logistics or warehouse operations.
Experience working with WMS
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.
Understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
