Apex Resources are currently recruiting for a Warehouse person with Stock Control experience to join a growing and fast-paced business within the technology and IT hardware sector based in Rotherham. This is a temp to perm opportunity offering long-term stability for the right candidate.
Due to the nature of the business, candidates ideally would have a technical or IT hardware background but must have previous experience within stock control or inventory management.
The Role
General warehouse role within the processing team. This role will also include general handyman/woman duties within the warehouse
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining accurate stock levels of IT hardware and components
- Processing incoming and outgoing stock using internal inventory systems
- Carrying out regular stock checks and audits
- Maintaining organised storage and stock management procedures
Requirements
- Must have Previous experience in stock control and working within a warehouse
- Technical / IT hardware knowledge is preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
