We are recruiting on behalf of a Birmingham-based logistics and freight forwarding business for an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
This is a hands-on warehouse role within a fast-paced logistics environment, supporting import and export operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading vehicles and containers
General warehouse duties including picking, packing, and palletising
Movement and storage of goods within the warehouse
Maintaining health & safety standards at all timesCandidate Requirements:
Valid and in-date FLT Counterbalance licence
Previous warehouse or logistics experience
Good attention to detail and strong safety awareness
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-orientedWhat's on Offer:
