Temp to permOverview:A hands-on role supporting warehouse operations through order picking, repacking, and preparing goods for dispatch. Accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards are essential.Key Responsibilities:
Check, band, and label orders for dispatch
Repack goods to meet customer requirements
Add appropriate transit packaging where needed
Support picking duties when required
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Follow all health & safety policies and procedures
Assist with stock takes and team trainingEssential Requirements:
