💰 £28- £32K (DOE)

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Operations Supervisor to support day-to-day operations and help deliver against key performance targets.

Key duties:

* Supporting operational performance and team delivery

* Managing warehouse workflows and inventory (inbound & outbound)

* Improving procedures and driving efficiency

* Supporting customer-focused operational improvements

* Ensuring compliance with operational standards

Key Skills

* Strong background in warehousing or operations

* Experience with warehouse systems and Microsoft Office

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Ability to prioritise, delegate, and lead effectively

* Proactive problem-solving mindset

* UK driving licence is essential

* FLT desirable (Training provided)
