Payrates

* NVQ Qualified Camp Staff: £115 - £120 a day

* Wrap around care (PM after school club): £30 - £40 shift rate (3 hours)

* Weekend and Wraparound hourly rate: £12.21 per hour

* 16 - 18 years / apprentice hourly rate: £10.00

We deliver After School Clubs, Weekend Classes, PE Provisions and Holiday Camps centred around confidence, coordination, agility and fun. We’re now hiring flexible Sports Assistants / Children’s Activity Assistants who want to work with children in a fun, active and rewarding environment and join our coach training programme!

You can work regular weekly shifts, casual/adhoc, or apply for fixed-hour contracts.

Shift Options

After School Clubs: 14:30–15:30

Wraparound PM Care: 14:30–18:00

Weekend Sessions: 08:45–12:45

Holiday Camps: 07:45–16:45 or 09:00–18:00

Fixed Weekly Contract Options

Wraparound Care: 3–15 hours per week

Weekend Coaching: 4–8 hours per week

Holiday Camps: 8–40 hours per week

What You’ll Do

* Support coaches with fun, active sessions

* Help deliver engaging children’s activities

* Encourage confidence, teamwork and participation

* Supervise groups aged 4–11

* Maintain a safe, positive environment

* Communicate with families when needed

* Represent Munchkin Sports with energy and professionalism
