We are always recruiting dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our network of welcoming primary schools in the Lincoln area.
About the Role:
Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 in their learning
Assist teachers with lesson delivery, classroom activities, and preparation
Work one-to-one or with small groups to provide additional support
Encourage pupils' confidence, engagement, and progress
Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (preferred)
A caring, patient, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
Passionate about education and supporting children to succeed
