Supply Teachers – Primary & Secondary
Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days
Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

We’re looking for enthusiastic, qualified teachers to join our supply team in Crawley and nearby areas. Every day is different—new classrooms, new faces, and fresh challenges—ideal for teachers who thrive on variety and want to keep their skills sharp.
Your Role
Deliver engaging lessons across primary and/or secondary settings
Create positive, inclusive learning environments
Adapt quickly to different schools, subjects, and age groups
Support student progress and behaviour
Work collaboratively with school staff and follow school policies
What We’re Looking For
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience in primary, secondary, or both—flexibility is key
Strong classroom management skills
Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons independently
