The Roles Available
We are recruiting Sports Graduates to work across Wigan secondary schools in the following roles:
Cover Supervisor - Deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and gain first-hand secondary teaching experience
Sports Coach - Support PE departments, lead practical sessions, and encourage participation in sport and physical activity
Teaching Assistant - Provide in-class support, work with small groups, and help pupils engage and achieveThese roles offer flexibility, variety, and invaluable experience for anyone planning to progress onto a PGCE, School Direct, or other teacher training routes.

What We're Looking For
A degree in Sport or a related subject
An interest in education, teaching, or youth development
Confidence, enthusiasm, and the ability to engage young people
Previous experience working with children or young people (coaching, mentoring, tutoring) is advantageous but not essentialWhat We Offer
