The Role of A&D Specification Sales Manager - Premium KBB
* A field based, home based role at the heart of the UK's most influential and prominent manufacturers of premium commercial KBB interiors
* You will promote and specify an elite range of premium interior products directly to the A&D community, including architects, interior designers, project managers, and design practices shaping the South East commercial landscape.
* Managing the sales process through to contractor / end-user and D&B contractors.
* Your projects will span offices, healthcare, and hospitality, high profile commercial builds where design decisions are made early and specification wins carry real weight.
* You will inherit a strong pipeline and the autonomy to build on it, working across some of the region's most exciting live projects.
* You will be the face of the brand at CPD presentations and Lunch & Learns, building the kind of long term specifier relationships that turn into repeat business.

Their design led portfolio of specialist interiors is specified predominantly in new commercial buildings, including offices, hospitality, and healthcare. The Candidate - A&D Specification Sales Manager - Premium KBB
* Proven experience specifying interior products directly to architects and interior designers ( A&D)
* A track record of winning and converting A&D specification projects, not just managing existing accounts
* Polished, credible, and comfortable presenting to design practices at the highest level
* Previous experience as a Specification Sales Manager (A&D) is essential
The Package - A&D Specification Sales Manager
* Up to £60,000 basic, circa £25,000 OTE
* Health
* Death in Service
* 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays
