£35K-£38K + tronc
Flexible hours– busy wedding season but relaxed winters with 4-day weeks finishing at midday
Early starts, early finishes– structured shifts for better work-life balance
Summer schedule:
Midweek: 7 AM - 2 PM
Saturday: 10 AM - 10 PM
Sunday & Monday off
What You’ll Need:
Experience in banqueting & large-scale events
Ability to drive– you’ll be responsible for the kitchen van
Strong organisational skillsto handle busy wedding seasons
A positive attitude & team spirit
One-day trial– informal meet & cook-off
