There mission is to bring the rich flavours, heritage, and warmth of African coffee culture to South London. We’re looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team and help us create an exceptional coffee experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of espresso-based and filter coffee drinks to a consistently high standard.

Educate customers about our African coffee beans, origins, and brewing methods.
*
Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with regular guests.
*
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming workspace at all times.

Operate coffee machines and grinders with care, ensuring quality control.
*
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
*
Support with stock management, including ordering and restocking supplies.
*
Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and inclusive environment.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista (specialty coffee experience preferred).
*
Strong passion for coffee and interest in African coffee culture.
*
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*
Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality beverages.
*
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Flexible availability, including weekends.
