Job Title: Site Maintenance / Caretaker (Manufacturing) - Temp to Perm
Location: Stafford Park
Pay Rate: £13.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
We're recruiting for a reliable and hands-on Site Maintenance / Caretaker to support a busy manufacturing site in Stafford Park. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping a workplace safe, clean, and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out basic repairs and general maintenance across the site
Painting and touch-up work as required
Gardening / outdoor upkeep, including keeping external areas tidy
Rubbish removal and waste disposal to maintain a clean environment
General housekeeping duties to ensure the site is clean, organised, and presentable
Spot issues proactively and report any larger maintenance requirements
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a caretaker, site maintenance, facilities, or handyman role (ideal but not essential)
Able to complete basic repair and maintenance tasks confidently
Practical, dependable, and comfortable working independently
Strong attention to cleanliness and site standards
Good timekeeping and a positive, can-do attitude
