Our client, a leading luxury interiors retailer specialising in bathrooms, kitchens, tiles and flooring, is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join their showroom team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, sales-driven individual who enjoys building customer relationships, delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers into the showroom and provide an outstanding customer experience.
*
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their style, space and budget.
*
Prepare accurate quotations and guide customers through the sales process.
*
Proactively drive sales and achieve individual and showroom targets.
*
Develop strong product knowledge across luxury bathrooms and interiors.
*
Process customer orders and payments accurately.
*
Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and customer service.
About You
*
Previous experience in retail, showroom or face-to-face sales.
*
Bathroom, kitchen, tile or interiors sales experience is desirable but not essential.
*
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
*
Motivated by achieving targets and earning commission.
*
Professional, personable and customer-focused.
*
Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
