📍 Location: Near Uxbridge (commutable from Denham, Slough, Hayes, Ruislip, Watford and High Wycombe)
💷 Salary: Up to £37,000
🕒 Shift: 4 On / 4 Off – Permanent Nights (6pm–6am)
📅 Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Syntech Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Security Supervisor to join an established aerospace and defence manufacturing business near Uxbridge.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive security professional to take responsibility for maintaining site security, protecting personnel and assets, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal, external and perimeter security patrols.
*
Manage site access, visitor passes and vehicle checks.
*
Monitor CCTV, alarms and security systems.
*
Respond to incidents, emergencies and alarm activations.
*
Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports.
*
Ensure site security procedures are consistently followed.
Requirements:
*
Valid Frontline Door Supervisor SIA Licence – Essential.
*
Previous security officer or supervisor experience.
*
Full, clean UK driving licence.
*
Experience with CCTV, alarms and access control.
*
Good communication, IT and reporting skills.
*
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
Salary & Benefits:

Up to £37,000 starting salary.

9% employer pension contribution (non-contributory).
