We are seeking a Level 3 Sports Coach to join our team in Middlesbrough, delivering high-quality coaching sessions and promoting a positive, active lifestyle.
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging PE lessons, coaching sessions, and extracurricular clubs
Support students of all abilities, including those with SEND or additional needs
Plan and deliver safe, inclusive, and progressive sports activities
Motivate and inspire young people to develop skills, confidence, and teamwork
Assist with school sports events, competitions, and enrichment programmes
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, behaviour, and professionalism
🔹 About You:
Level 3 qualification in Sports Coaching (or equivalent)
Confident working with children and young people in school settings
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Positive role model with a passion for physical activity and student development
Ability to adapt sessions for different needs and skill levels
Reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering excellent coaching
