Caretaker - Secondary Schools (Bromley)

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the schools run smoothly and remain safe, welcoming spaces for students, staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining the cleanliness, safety and security of school buildings and grounds
Conducting routine inspections, minor repairs and basic maintenance
Opening and closing school premises as required
Supporting with health and safety procedures and ensuring compliance
Assisting staff and contractors with site-related tasks
Responding to emergencies or urgent issues promptly and effectively
We Are Looking For:
A reliable, organised individual with a strong work ethic
Someone with practical skills in maintenance, DIY or site management
Good communication and a positive, can-do attitude
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous caretaking or facilities experience is desirable but not essential
