We are looking for looking for a motivated Surveyor to join a successful sales and lettings department in the Sutton Coldfield and surrounding area.
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work across multiple sectors, including Retail, Office, Industrial, Investment, Land, and Development, ensuring variety in your daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with ongoing client instructions, including:
Advising on real estate strategies
Implementing property strategies
Preparing client reports
Conducting client viewing tours
Negotiating Heads of Terms
Reviewing commercial lease agreements and their terms
• Manage and lead client instructions as appropriate
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the industry
• Stay informed on local market trends and real estate legislation
• Maintain a professional presence within the industry Key Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of industry experience (ideally with commercial agency experience)
• Full UK driving licence
• RICS membership (open to all levels: Student, AssocRICS, MRICS, FRICS)
