Prospero Teaching is looking for Qualified Teachers (QTS) to provide personalised tuition for young people requiring Alternative Provision across West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity to support learners outside of mainstream education and help them achieve their potential.

Subjects: Core curriculum and tailored learning programmes
Delivery: One-to-one, face-to-faceAs a Tutor, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons adapted to individual needs
Support academic progress and personal development
Maintain accurate records and communicate with stakeholders
Uphold safeguarding and welfare standards at all timesAbout you:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience working with children and young people in education
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learning needs

Essential & Desirable Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young people
Experience of working with learners with SENTo be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must:
Hold right to work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide references upon request
Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
