Our client is looking for enthusiastic Product Testers to join their vibrant Testing Department on a temporary basis. Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: From £12.21
Working Pattern: Part-Time (Monday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Your Role:
As a Product Tester, you will be responsible for assessing the functionality, condition, and authenticity of various technology and entertainment products. Your keen eye for detail will help ensure that all items meet our internal quality and grading standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough functionality tests on a variety of electronic devices, including mobile phones, tablets, laptops, consoles, and accessories.
Assess the cosmetic condition and accurately grade products.
Identify faults, damages, or missing components, and record findings in our internal systems.
Prepare items for reuse, resale, or appropriate recycling according to company policies.
Maintain an organised workstation and adhere to health and safety procedures.
Collaborate with Processing, Repairs, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Meet daily/weekly productivity targets while maintaining high accuracy.
Report recurring issues or trends to the Team Leader.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in electronics testing, retail technology, or warehouse operations is a plus, but not essential-full training provided! šŸŽ“
Strong attention to detail and a knack for following structured testing procedures.
Basic understanding of computers, gaming consoles, and mobile devices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Good communication skills and a strong team ethic. šŸ¤
