About the Role:
Are you passionate about helping primary school children reach their full potential? We are looking for a dedicated and patient Maths and English tutor to work with primary-aged students, supporting their learning in a one-to-one or small group setting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a school environment and wants to make a positive impact on children's academic development. You will work within school hours (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM) to deliver tailored lessons in both Maths and English, helping children build confidence and a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one or small group tuition in Maths and English, designed to meet the needs of primary school children.
Adapt lessons to suit different learning styles and abilities, ensuring that each child is fully engaged and supported.
Foster a positive learning environment, encouraging confidence, progress, and independence in all students.
Monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and school staff.
Create and maintain a safe, nurturing environment where children feel supported in their learning journey.

Essential Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience teaching or tutoring primary school children in Maths or English.
Experience working with children with a range of abilities, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Right to work in the UK.
Must have, or be willing to undertake, an Enhanced DBS check.

Desirable Qualifications:
PGCE or equivalent in Primary Education.
Experience working with primary-aged children in both Maths and English.
