Pizza Chef
Location: Northampton Area (Towcester)
Working Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday (hours may vary depending on restaurant needs)
Salary: £450 - £500 per week (based on 40 hours) + benefits

Your key responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
* Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas and other menu items to a consistently excellent standard
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
* Develop and trial new menu ideas and specials
* Lead and motivate kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar in a busy kitchen, ideally with pizza-focused skills
* Strong culinary expertise and creativity
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a calm, positive attitude
