Job Title: Part Time HR Advisor
Location: Wellington, Somerset
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 FTE
Hours: 22 hours minimum and flexible for the right candidate

Role Overview
The HR Advisor will own day‑to‑day HR operations and people processes, ensuring legal compliance, consistency, system integration and robust governance across the employee lifecycle.
This role suits a calm, pragmatic, process‑driven HR professional who is comfortable guiding and challenging managers and working independently.
Key Responsibilities
End‑to‑end HR administration (contracts, variations, payroll changes)
Onboarding, induction, and offboarding
Attendance, sickness, and leave management
Payroll coordination and HR data integrity
UK right‑to‑work and visa compliance
Ownership of HR policies, handbooks, and document control
Employee engagement (Peakon)
Employee relations support working with the HR Consultant (disciplinary and grievance processes)
Recruitment administration and agency management
Support for engagement and culture initiatives
About you
Essential:
CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience)
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
High levels of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
Confident operating independently and enforcing consistent processes
