The Role
Installation, servicing and maintenance of electronic security systems (CCTV, intruder alarms, access control)
Deliver a professional and customer-focused service at all times
Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
Plan and manage your workload to maximise efficiency
Complete accurate service and maintenance reports
Identify system improvements and compliance issues
Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety standards
Work collaboratively with wider teams and support functions
Aim to resolve issues on first visit wherever possible
What You'll Need
Proven experience working with security systems (CCTV, intruder, access control)
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
Comfortable using digital job management systems
Good understanding of health & safety requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-driven with a positive, can-do attitude
