The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting senior executives, managing competing priorities, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities will include:
Complex diary and schedule management
Coordinating meetings, client appointments, and business events
Inbox management and correspondence handling
Preparing meeting packs, presentations, reports, and documentation
Managing travel arrangements and logistics
Liaising with high-net-worth clients, professional advisers, and key stakeholders
Tracking actions and ensuring timely follow-up on key initiatives
Supporting business projects and strategic objectives
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretionTo be successful in this role, you will be a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant with experience gained within a financial services environment.
You will ideally have:
Previous Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior support experience
Experience within financial planning, wealth management, investment management, banking, insurance, or a related financial services sector
Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Advanced Microsoft 365 skills
The ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
