Location: Great Dunmow, Essex
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 FTE, depending on experience
Hours: Initially 3 days per week, with the opportunity to progress to full-time

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Cloud Support Engineer to join a growing Managed Service Provider.
This is a hands-on role supporting a range of clients across Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows infrastructure, networking, endpoint management, backup and disaster recovery, alongside technical project work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide L2/L3 technical support across Microsoft 365, endpoints, servers and networks
* Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune
* Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
* Manage endpoint environments, including monitoring, patching and deployment
* Troubleshoot networking, VPNs, firewalls, VLANs and multi-site connectivity
* Manage and test backup and disaster recovery solutions
* Support cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades and security projects
* Maintain accurate technical documentation and customer records
* Take ownership of issues through to resolution and provide excellent customer service
About You:
* Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID
* Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy
* Windows 10/11 endpoint management
* Networking, including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs and firewalls
* Backup and disaster recovery
* L2/L3 troubleshooting
Experience with Datto RMM, Hyper-V/VMware, Microsoft Defender, Autopilot, Conditional Access or PowerShell would be advantageous.
We are looking for someone with strong technical fundamentals, a methodical troubleshooting approach and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working independently, dealing directly with customers and taking ownership of technical issues.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing MSP, with scope to develop into technical project delivery and potentially a Technical Project Lead / IT Project Management position.
