Role Overview
On behalf of a high-growth, Seed stage tech startup, we are seeking a versatile and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead their growth execution. This company is currently tackling some of the most pressing challenges in tech ethics and digital safety, offering a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven team at the ground floor.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this is a hands-on role. The successful candidate will own the operational heart of the marketing function—executing paid acquisition, managing world-class events, and maintaining the marketing ops stack to ensure a clean, high-quality pipeline for the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities

Paid Acquisition & Strategy: Launch and optimize LinkedIn & Google Ads; manage audiences, bidding, and creative alignment with a focus on ROI.

Marketing Ops & Tracking: Implement and QA tracking via GTM (Insight Tag, Google tag) and maintain a clean UTM taxonomy and naming standards.

Performance Reporting: Produce weekly performance reports (CTR, CPC, CVR, CPL) and collaborate with the Head of Marketing to define growth experiments.

Event Execution: Own end-to-end logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite operations for key industry events and webinars, including lead capture and nurturing.

Social Media Execution: Manage the organic social calendar, publishing content for always-on campaigns and monitoring engagement to iterate monthly.

Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain CRM properties and documentation (HubSpot/Zapier) to ensure seamless data flow and handoffs to Sales.
Profile Required
*
Experience: 1.5–3 years in B2B marketing, ideally within a startup or fast-paced agency environment.
*
Technical Skills: Proven experience personally setting up and optimizing campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.

Tool Stack: Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM (HubSpot or similar), and Sheets/Zapier.

Event Management: Experience in the logistics of onsite event execution and post-event lead follow-up.
*
Attributes: A "builder" mindset suited for a Seed stage environment—comfortable with ambiguity and keen to document new processes.

Language: Native or C1-level English (written and spoken).
