GSL Education London Branch are excited to be recruiting a passionate Health and Social Care Teacher to join a high-achieving comprehensive girls’ school and sixth form in Tower Hamlets. As a Health and Social Care Teacher, you will be teaching engaging lessons across KS4 and KS5, supporting students to achieve strong academic outcomes. Health and Social Care Teacher Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Health and Social Care lessons to KS4 and KS5 students

Support students’ academic progress and personal development

Assess, mark, and provide clear feedback in line with school policies

Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

Work closely with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community

Uphold safeguarding and behaviour management policies at all times

Health and Social Care Teacher Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification

Experience teaching Health and Social Care at secondary or sixth form level

Strong classroom management skills

Good knowledge of the Health and Social Care curriculum

Excellent communication and organisation skills

A genuine passion for supporting young people
