Eden Brown are currently recruiting for a Course Leader role with a leading college in Merseyside. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of students within the Health and Social Care field.

As a Course Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students to success by delivering high-quality teaching, assessment, and course management across levels 2 and 3, including T-levels.
You'll lead a dedicated team within the Creative Industries section of the department, ensuring that learners achieve their full potential and progress towards their future goals.
You will also be required to do 22 hours teaching over the week.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective teaching across Health & Social Care courses (L2, L3, T-levels)
Provide constructive feedback and assessments to ensure student progression
Lead and manage a dynamic teaching team, supporting professional development
Oversee course administration and organisation in line with curriculum objectives
Contribute to curriculum development and innovation
Maintain a positive and professional classroom environment
Produce accurate, timely reports on course performance and learner outcomes

What We're Looking For:
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or related area, along with a
* PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
* Extensive experience in teaching at L2 & L3 level, including T-levels
* Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams within a Further Education setting
* Strong subject knowledge and industry experience to enhance student learning
* Understanding of curriculum planning, assessment, and quality assurance processes
* Ability to foster partnerships with external organisations to enrich teaching and learning
