We are a well-established education recruitment agency based in Tunbridge Wells, working with a variety of secondary schools across Kent and East Sussex, and we are currently seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors.
The Role
Supervise classes during short-term teacher absence
Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain on task
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Support students with their learning where appropriate
Work across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)What We're Looking For
Previous experience working with young people (education experience desirable but not essential)
Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
Ability to manage behaviour effectively and professionally
A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)What We Offer
