* Digital, AI and Data Driven Marketing: Use AI tools for forecasting, segmentation, performance optimisation, and content generation; Oversee PPC, SEO, analytics, CRM, automation, and attribution; Build dashboards for reporting campaign performance to senior leadership; Implement A/B tests, landing pages, funnel analysis, and audience growth programmes.

* Content, Creative and Messaging: Own and refine brand voice across two distinct product divisions; Oversee all content creation including email, social, print, video, PR, and digital ads; Work with the designer to ensure fast, consistent, high-quality output.

* Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support a small in-house team; Manage freelancers, agencies, and suppliers where needed; Create marketing processes, templates, workflows, and AI-enhanced productivity systems.

It is essential that candidates have the following skills and experience to be suitable for this role:

* Proven marketing leadership experience within SMEs or manufacturing/technical sectors.

* Demonstrable hands-on ability across digital channels, content creation, and analytics.

* Strong skills in market research, strategic planning, segmentation, and commercial insight.

* Experience launching new products or brands, ideally with international or multimarket exposure.

* Practical experience using AI tools in marketing execution and analysis.

* Comfortable working directly with owners/directors in a non-corporate structure.

* Experience with smart-home technology, IoT, security products, or hardware.

* Knowledge of U.S. market entry, Amazon, D2C e-commerce, or retail channel development.

* Familiarity with Kickstarter-style launch mechanics, community-building, or early-adopter campaigns.

* Understanding of joinery, construction, hardware, or building materials sectors (desirable)

Due to the rural location, candidates will need to have their own transport to get to the office on a daily basis
