Graduate Teaching Assistant - Full-Time - Northamptonshire

08.30am - 3.30pm Monday To Friday

Term Time Only

I am working with a well-regarded school in Northamptonshire that is looking to appoint a Graduate Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible. This is a strong opportunity for a graduate who is serious about building a career in education and gaining meaningful classroom experience.

You will play a key role in supporting teaching staff and ensuring students are engaged, supported, and making progress.

Key responsibilities:

Supporting lesson preparation and delivery alongside the class teacher
Assisting with classroom management to maintain a focused learning environment
Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group support
Supporting marking and classroom administration
Contributing to a positive and inclusive school cultureRequirements:

A degree (education or a related subject preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with children or young people is advantageous
Well-organised, with good attention to detail
Able to work effectively as part of a team and use initiative when neededThis is a full-time, term-time position, offering a supportive environment where you can develop your skills and gain valuable experience.
