About the Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students across a range of subjects and abilities. Your role will include:
Supporting learning in the classroom, both one-to-one and in small groups
Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom activities
Helping to monitor student progress and provide feedback
Supporting students with additional needs to access the curriculum
Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environmentAbout You:
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a degree (any subject, though core subjects are desirable)
Has a genuine interest in education and working with young people
Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
Is proactive, reliable, and adaptable
