This is not a clipboard job. You'll be out on site, involved in real issues, supporting investigations, audits and improvement work across multiple locations.
You'll be working closely with an experienced SHE Manager, learning how to operate in a fast-paced environment where you'll need to build credibility quickly and be confident enough to challenge when required.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting SHE systems, processes and documentation
Assisting with risk assessments and corrective actions
Supporting incident and near miss investigations
Getting involved in audits and compliance checks
Contributing to SHE reporting and performance tracking
Supporting training and awareness initiativesWhat They're Looking For
Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental or similar
Genuine interest in building a long-term SHE career
Strong communication skills and confidence to speak up
Organised, detail-focused and proactive
