A leading multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy is seeking a Graduate Architectural Technologist to join its expanding Nottingham team. The practice has recently invested in a modern new office, providing a high-quality, collaborative environment designed to support continued growth across the Midlands.
The Nottingham office has a strong and growing focus on public sector and secure infrastructure projects, including extensive work across the Defence and MOD estate. The consultancy has a long-established reputation for delivering complex, secure and mission-critical facilities for UK and US Defence clients, supported by a dedicated Defence and Security team with specialist knowledge in secure infrastructure, aviation and high-security environments.

Supporting coordination with internal engineering, surveying and planning teams
Learning and applying Defence standards, security protocols and UK Building Regulations
Assisting with project delivery from concept through to construction
Working within an accredited secure IT environment alongside SC-cleared colleagues
Requirements
Degree (or equivalent) in Architectural Technology or a related discipline, with a keen interest in building a career in the field
Eligibility to obtain SC Clearance (essential for Defence projects); existing clearance is advantageous
Working knowledge of Revit, gained through study or placement experience
Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes, or a strong willingness to learn
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environment
Good communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and eager approach to learning
Previous placement, internship or work experience in a construction or design environment beneficial but not essential

Salary £27,500–£32,000 depending on experience
Opportunity to work on high-profile Defence and secure-infrastructure projects from the start of your career
