Industrious is recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing site based in the beautiful Cotswolds. Production takes place alongside a busy farm shop, where fresh, high-quality ingredients are prepared for leading retailers such as Waitrose and M&S.

Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and cutting produce / different types of foods from vegetables to meats
* Weighing, portioning, and packaging items according to customer specifications (e.g., for Waitrose and M&S)
* Maintaining excellent attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency
* Following food hygiene and safety procedures at all times
* Working collaboratively to meet daily production targets
Requirements
* No previous experience required – full training provided
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment
* Own transport is essential, as the site is in a rural area not easily accessible by public transport
