Recruiting a strong Executive chef for a 9 month fixed term contract and then to go perm within a fine establishment for conference and catering
Must be an Executive Chef who can work on own initiative, taking the lead and responsibility of running the kitchens, developing menu's, making sure health and safety continues at 90% achieved

Supporting the food production Manager with leadership skills and experience, maintaining high standards of food quailty, presentation and service at all time. Managing the orders and stock.
Keeping the team motivated in delivering excellence in customer service
Investigate any concerns and responsive with solutions and taking corrective action
Hold regular meetings with the team making sure all policies and procedures are communicated effectively
