What you'll be doing;
The purpose of the Environmental Graduate is to actively support the environment team on all environmental matters by establishing relationships with key stakeholders, assure the business the right standards are in place, and undertake regular environmental visits.
Develop knowledge of waste, water energy and environmental compliance
Develop knowledge of environmental authorisations in relation to the above
Develop knowledge of management systems and ISO 14001
Develop knowledge of environmental assessment methodologies and their practical implementation.
Support in disseminating communications regarding best environmental practices and lessons learned
Actively participate in designated improvement projects as requested by the line manager
Contribute actively to supporting the team's reporting requirements and adhering to established deadlines, including Biodiversity, Global Report, and CMS.What we're looking for;
Degree-level qualification in Environmental Science or similar (to be achieved by September 2026)
Willingness to travel to training locations and potentially (if in a rotational role) relocate for role requirements
Commitment to continuous learning and development
Strong work ethic
