The Role
As an ECT / Newly Qualified Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the primary curriculum
* Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Develop your classroom management skills in a supportive setting
* Contribute to the wider life of the school
* Receive guidance and support as you continue your teaching journey

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* ECTs / Newly Qualified Teachers encouraged to apply
* A positive, reflective approach to teaching
* Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
