The Role:
* Taking responsibility for teaching a primary class
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Supporting pupils across the primary curriculum
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Differentiating learning to meet individual needs
* Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
* Developing positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff
* Contributing to the wider school community
We are particularly interested in ECTs who are looking for:
* Long-term teaching positions
* Permanent opportunities
* Experience across different year groups
* Their next step after completing teacher training
* A supportive school environment to develop their practice
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds QTS or is in the process of completing their ECT requirements
* Primary teaching qualification / relevant teacher training
* Recent teaching experience through placements or employment
* Enthusiastic and committed approach
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Passionate about pupil development
* Open to feedback and professional development
* Reliable and adaptable
