The Role

This is not a typical call-centre role.

We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to take ownership of customer enquiries, manage orders and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll be a key part of a small, friendly team — speaking directly with customers, coordinating with suppliers, and making sure issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Managing customer enquiries via phone and email from start to resolution

* Processing and coordinating customer orders accurately

* Liaising with suppliers to track orders and resolve issues

* Handling returns, delivery queries and occasional escalations

* Working closely with colleagues to solve problems quickly

* Supporting day-to-day operations across the business

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience in customer service, sales support or a similar role

* Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner

* Highly organised with good attention to detail

* Able to prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure

* Comfortable taking ownership and solving problems independently

* A positive, reliable team player
