To support this growth, we’re looking for a proactive and driven Customer Relationship Manager to join the Sheffield office. This is a key role where your work will directly contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails promptly, professionally, and with a solutions‑focused approach.
* Relationship Management: Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients and suppliers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
* Account Management: Manage existing accounts, understand client needs, and identify opportunities for growth and upselling.
* Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to help achieve business and revenue targets.
* Customer Retention: Support engagement strategies that improve client experience and retention.
* Order Processing: Accurately manage and process client orders.
* Administration: Maintain schedules, documentation, and general office administration.
* Team Support: Provide cover for colleagues to ensure seamless client service.
* Additional Duties: Undertake tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in customer service and/or account management
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Strong organisation and time‑management skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and administrative systems
* A proactive, enthusiastic, and professional approach with a commitment to exceptional service
