The Role
As CRM Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, development, and delivery of targeted CRM campaigns, working collaboratively with teams across marketing, recruitment, brand, digital, and data insight.
Your work will be central to creating audience-led content, optimising customer journeys, and using segmentation and behavioural insight to improve engagement and conversion across the applicant pipeline.
