We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team in a prestigious site in South Kensington. This is pridominatly a Monday to Friday role
About the Role:
As Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver high-quality food for staff dining and hospitality services. You’ll be responsible for your own section, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to all food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food to a high standard, in line with daily menus and events.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
*
Contribute to menu development and food innovation where required.
*
Follow all health and safety and food hygiene procedures.
