The successful candidates must have minimun 1 year experience , must have alergens and food safety certificates and an enhanced DBS for schools or a basic disclosure or willingness to get one.
You will need to have own chef whites, black safety boots and chefs knives
You will need to be a self starter and able to merge into any kitchen environment and work with a variety of people within a busy kitchen setting.
