The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Estates Co-ordinator and will play a key role in ensuring the school site is safe, secure, well-maintained and ready for daily use. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, motivated and skilled individual who takes pride in creating a positive environment for students, staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver general and routine caretaking duties
Carry out maintenance, repairs and planned safety checks
Provide porterage and set up venues for school events
Support staff and students with site-related needs
Maintain site security and adhere to health & safety procedures
Work occasional additional hours to support school events
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have excellent organisational skills
Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Be self-motivated, reliable and conscientious
Bring a range of practical skills suitable for the role
Have sound knowledge of health & safety guidance and legislation
(Desirable) Have experience working in a school setting
